I thought I’d walk up Central a little this evening after work to see if there was anything worth shooting. I am still trying to understand the exposure triangle and how to use the camera’s settings out of Automatic mode to get a nice picture. The light was golden on the tall buildings north of Central and 3rd, so I took a few of them in manual mode. They were okay.

I walked a little up Central until I was nearly in front of The Library bar and grill, and this man was sitting on his bike in front of the office. I was still in manual mode, and the light was fading from the golden moment, so it took me a few tries to snap a decent shot of him and his motorcycle.

    About

A web programmer by day, I somehow still spend a lot of time thinking about relationships, God, and the significance of grace and love in daily events. I am old school in the sense that I believe in the reality of sin, and in the need of each human heart for deliverance to the Divine. I am one of those who believes that Jesus Christ is the Son of God, and that you can find most answers to life's pressing issues in Him and His Word, the Bible. I ain't perfect, and a lot of the time I ain't good, but by God's grace and kindness, I am forgiven and free.
